As parents of our own children, some young and some older, we are dedicated to helping parents and guardians to have happy and healthy children (and relaxed Mums and Dads). Massage Therapy   & Reflexology

During this wonderful 1/2 hour session the therapist will work with the parents and baby to help relax and calm baby using massage and also give the parents tools to use at home for ongoing care. Reflexology and acupressure techniques are used and taught to the parents to help ease digestion, sleeping and settling problems. (Parents have been known to nod off to sleep during this session)

Baby massage and reflexology can be used as an integral part of the bonding between parents and babies. Increased benefits have been shown with reference to relaxation by calming both baby and mother, it can also help to settle babies through growing pains, feeding problems and teething problems.
