Muscle tension and stress can be eased away. Your massage therapist will take a case history and then after instructing you on what to do, will leave the room to allow you to change. On returning she will ensure your massage has the correct depth of pressure Your session can either be a full body total bliss out massage session or a focus on relaxing your back and shoulders.

 This 1 hour Therapeutic Massage session is designed to address muscular pain and tension caused by everyday living. Our qualified massage therapists will work with you to devise a massage treatment plan to help ease tight muscles which are causing pain. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries to help balance the bodies systems, enhance wellbeing and promote a healthy state.  A 3/4 hour Reflexology session which can provide whole body relaxation, help to bring balance back to your body and pamper your feet.

Enjoy the feel of hot towels envelope your feet, thumb and finger pressure on the soles and uppers of the feet working on reflex points, and the enjoyment of looking after yourself.

 A 1 hour Reflexology session accompanied by therapeutic or relaxation massage on the legs or back and neck.
