Muscle tension and stress can be eased away. Your massage therapist will take a case history and then after instructing you on what to do, will leave the room to allow you to change. On returning she will ensure your massage has the correct depth of pressure Your session can either be a full body total bliss out massage session or a focus on relaxing your back and shoulders.

This 1 hour Therapeutic Massage session is designed to address muscular pain and tension caused by everyday living. Our qualified massage therapists will work with you to devise a massage treatment plan to help ease tight muscles which are causing pain. We work in conjunction with many health professionals is the Cambridge and Waikato region to ensure that your total wellbeing is looked after.

 Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy has been used for centuries to help balance the bodies systems, enhance wellbeing and promote a healthy state. Consultations include a detailed analysis of your personality, state of health and aims of the session. A relaxation massage is the given with the oils suitable to your situation.

Take 1 1/2 hrs out of your day to totally relax. Have a full body massage which allows you to calm down, slowly fall into a state of total relaxation and then gently come back to earth at the end.
